Dongying Huichen Petroleum Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2015 with registered capital of RMB 20 million. We are based in Dongying, Shandong — home of the Shengli oilfield — and specialise in manufacturing, machining and supplying precision instruments for directional drilling, logging and mud logging.
That capability rests on three things: sensor accuracy depends on the components and the calibration, throughput on the encoding and decoding algorithms, and endurance in sand-laden mud on materials and machining. All three are handled in-house.
Sensors and firmware developed in-house
Downhole firmware, surface decoding algorithms and circuit board design are all done by our own engineering team. Temperature compensation coefficients are written to each individual probe.
Our own precision machining
Critical structural parts are produced on 5-axis mill-turn centres with positioning accuracy in the 0.001 mm range, in a temperature- and humidity-controlled finishing area.
Tested and traceable, tool by tool
Every tool carries a unique serial. Material batch, machining records, assembly technician, factory test data and run history are all traceable.
