Certifications, test data and traceability

Certifications show the system is in order; factory test data shows the individual tool is good. We supply both kinds of document.

Scanned certificates are available on request; the original certificates are the authoritative record.

Factory data and traceability

• Test report ships with the tool — every tool comes with a table of measured values, each item spelled out, not just a line saying "meets the standard".
• Batch traceability — material certificates and heat treatment records for critical parts are filed and kept; the retention period is set out in our quality system documentation.
• Failure analysis report — if a tool fails downhole, we issue a written analysis once it is back at the works, stating plainly whether the cause lies in design, manufacture or use, and where responsibility sits.
